Enrollment Confirmation Form

To the Office of Admission:

I accept your offer of admission and confirm my intention to enroll at Wilmington College. I understand that submission of this form by the announced deadline guarantees my placement for the term indicated in the Wilmington College letter of acceptance.

I have read the Wilmington College Testimonies and commit to uphold these standards of conduct.

I ask that Wilmington College communicate to me all appropriate information regarding financial aid, housing, registration, academic advising and orientations.

To reserve my place, I have enclosed a commitment deposit of $150. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable unless requested in writing by May 1.
